Procedure for Admission to class Nur (General Category)
- Eligibility for Class NURSERY: - 3+ yrs as on 31 March, of the Academic Year of which Admission is Required.
- Download application form from download Link.
- Fill form online and pay the registration fee of Rs. 25 to Bank A/c No. 244401000005595 Bank- “INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK” OR At Cash counter Note down registration number and password for further correspondence.
- Read all instructions given on the page carefully.
- The duly filled form is to be submitted at the school reception as mentioned on the website.
- All original documents are to be brought on the day of interaction.
Procedure for fee payment
- Fee is charged monthly for every student.
- Fees at the time of admission payable by Cash or Cheque in favour of SARASWATI BAL MANDIR SR SEC SCHOOL.
- The name of your ward, class and registration no. should be written at the back of the Cheque
- Those using the bus must ensure that the correct amount is filled in the fee cheque.
- Last date of payment is 10th of the first month of every quarter. Late payment fine is imposed thereafter till the last day of the month.
- The name of the child is liable to be struck off the rolls, if the fee is not paid by the last date of the said months.
Registration Procedure and Rules for Other classes
- Registration Forms are to be filled in and submitted to the school reception.
- Incomplete or illegible Registration Forms, without photographs will not be processed / accepted.
- Attested copy of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or concerned civic authority, Address proof(Election card/ Aadhar card/ Telephone bill/ Electricity bill- any one of them) and Photocopy of Report Card of the last exam passed must be attached with the Registration Form
- Mid-Term admissions are possible depending on the vacancies arising in any given class.
